Opportunity Zones

A little known income tax strategy includes utilizing a “opportunity zone” to reinvest gains on the sale of assets (stock sales, real estate, etc). It is available throughout the country and states like NJ have many counties designated for this special tax treatment. The potential long term benefits can be substantial.
